14 Day Guarantee
If within 14 days of your puppy’s arrival at home you must see a vet for any general health concern, please our consulting network vet and schedule an appointment. Seeing our consulting vet for a general health concern arising within this 14 day window means the vet will bill us directly for any non-optional care and not you. Assuming it is a covered expense, we will continue to cover the necessary care until your concern has been resolved to your satisfaction beyond the 14 day window. Should you choose you use a veterinarian outside of our network of consulting vets you should still attend the post purchase vet visit. Having the puppy examined for its general well being is advisable. Please note this visit will not be free and you are responsible for the office fee. Should you choose to have services rendered by a vet outside of our provided consulting vet whether by choice or need, you will need to contact our third party warranty administrator for reimbursement. You may email the warranty administrator at claimsandwarranties@gmail.com. ATTN: WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR. Include A copy of the Animal Limited Warranty, completed and signed; And, A copy of the initial “Wellness Check-Up” with diagnosis of illness and itemized statement of treatment and costs. One Year Hereditary and Congenital Guarantee
If within one year from the date of purchase your puppy is diagnosed with a hereditary or congenital defect we will cover you up to the purchase price of the puppy. Simply contact the warranty administrator prior to any treatments then you may have your pet treated. Submit the claim to our warranty administrator by following the same guidelines listed above in the 14 day guarantee.
Ten Year Peace of Mind Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your puppy passes away due to a diagnosed genetic or hereditary event during the first year post purchase you already have a one year hereditary and congenital guarantee.Please refer to your warranty for administration procedures. From years two to years ten if your puppy passes from a diagnosed hereditary or congenital defect you will receive a 50% credit toward the purchase of a new puppy. We reserve the option to have the pet, medical records, and results examined by a veterinarian of our choosing. Preexisting conditions noted on the health certificate and warranty remain excluded from this guarantee.
